Delivery Fee and Payment Terms

Delivery Fee A delivery fee will be charged on the day of the event, in addition to the remaining balance, to cover the cost of transporting our soft play equipment to your location. This fee will not be included in the subtotal at checkout but will be added to your final payment. Calculation of Delivery Fee The delivery fee is calculated at a rate of $0.89 per mile, roundtrip from our location to yours. This fee will be added to the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Payment Terms A deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance, including the delivery fee, will be charged on the day of the event. Example Total rental fee: $500 Deposit paid: $150 Remaining balance: $350 Delivery distance: 20 miles (roundtrip) Delivery fee: $35.80 (20 miles x $0.89 per mile) Total amount due on the day of the event: $385.80 ($350 remaining balance + $35.80 delivery fee)

What areas do you service?
We service the majority of the Los Angeles county and Orange County.  Use our mileage estimator to determine “approximate” delivery fees.  

What is required to book?
A $150 deposit is required to secure your rental booking. Without the deposit, your booking will not be confirmed. The deposit request is held for 24 hours, after that, the date and time will be open to other clients. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
To provide an accurate quote, please be as clear as possible about your order details.


Do your prices include set-up & pick up of the play zone?
Yes, the package price includes the play zone rental, setup, pickup of all equipment, and taxes. Delivery fees will be added to your invoice when you receive your proposal.

When will you deliver and collect my rental?
Delivery and setup will start 1½ to 2 hours before the event. Pickup will begin 5 hours after the event starts. The renter must be at the location during delivery and collection. We will contact you the day of the event with an arrival time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept paypal, venmo, zelle, visa, and mastercard for both deposits and final payments.

When do I pay the rental deposit and the full balance?
A $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The invoice balance, which includes the delivery fee is due on the event date, before setup begins.


If any damages have occurred during the rental period, an invoice will be sent 48 hours following pickup and is due within 10 days of receipt.

How long is the Soft Play Zone rental period? 
All rentals are for a 5 hour period.  Setup and pick up time is not included in the 5 hours.
