What if I need to change my booking date or cancel my booking?


A 72-hour notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions).

No changes to date, location, times, or rental equipment can be made within 72 hours of the event date.

 

Cancellations of the event date agreed to in the contract less than 72-24 hours before the event date will result in the loss of the $150 deposit.

 

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event date require payment of the total rental rate as agreed upon in the signed rental contract.

 

Changes made within 7-14 days of the event  will be subject to an additional non-refundable rebooking fee of 10% of your total rental.


 

No changes or can be made 1-7 days before your event (No changes to date, location, times, or rental equipment ).  

 

What is your bad weather policy?

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to severe or worsening weather conditions.

If rain is forecasted, a dry or indoor location is required. We will not set up outdoors if it is raining. If severe weather might affect your rental, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to reschedule. Alternatively, ensure you have a backup indoor location.

What Kind Of Space Is Required For Your Soft Play Spaces?


Each package lists the space required for setup. Please measure the area where you plan to place the play zone to ensure it meets the space requirements. It is the renter's responsibility to make sure there is enough room for the package they have booked.

We can adjust the dimensions to fit your space. Please note this in the "other" box on your booking form so we are aware.

We require a flat, dry surface free of rocks and debris for setting up the equipment. The play area must be level—no slopes or dirt.If your rental will be on grass, please mow the area before the event to ensure a flat surface. This helps prevent the padded flooring from buckling, which could be a tripping hazard for children.

To keep your children safe while using our equipment, please be aware that soft play materials can become hot in direct sunlight. For outdoor setups, provide a shaded area (canopy, tent, etc.).

 

Can you Set Up In Parks And At Event Spaces?


Parks and event spaces often require a special permit or proof of our insurance. Please make sure you have obtained the necessary permissions so we can set up upon arrival.

When booking us for parks or event spaces, please advise if restrictions or extra fees may apply for parking during setup and pickup times, please note this in the "other" box on your booking form so we are aware.

Are there rules for the SoftPlay Zone?

Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated below.

3-5 Years: 8 child capacity

6-8 Years: 6 child capacity

9-12 Years: 4 child capacity

13-15 Years: 3 child capacity

 

Children age 10 and under using this inflatable and soft play equipment must be supervised at all

times by an adult.

 

The following items are not allowed in the play zone:

Shoes

Food

Drink

Candy

Gum

Glitter

Slime

Silly String

Confetti Balloons

Sharp objects

Eyeglasses

Jewelry

pets

 

You will be charged an additional $150 in cleaning fees + any other damages if evidence of these are found in the equipment upon pick-up and/or if the equipment is heavily soiled. 

 

​Are your play spaces kept clean?


We maintain the highest standards of equipment integrity.  We inspect, deep clean, and sanitize every piece of equipment after every use.

What happens if damage occurs to the equipment while it’s in my possession?


The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment and must return it in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. The renter is also responsible for ensuring that all items are properly cared for, that all party-goers follow the soft play rules, and that no damage or theft occurs.

Damage Waiver: If the renter accepts the Damage Waiver, the renter is only responsible for the first $100 of damage or replacement costs if the total cost exceeds $500.

Reporting: The renter must immediately report any accidents and provide any relevant police reports.

Insurance: If the renter has insurance, the Damage Waiver is secondary. The renter must use their insurance first and assign any claims or proceeds from the insurance to the lessor.

 

Do I have to clean the rental items before you pick it up?


Please return all the balls to the ball pit before our pickup. The equipment should be free of heavy soiling and used only as intended.

If the equipment is returned dirty, as determined by us at the time of pickup, a minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be charged
